Frequently asked questions
We can get any cut you need, as long as the local butcher can cut it.
Gen 5 sends cattle to be processed 2 times a month. We typically turn in the cut sheets a week prior to picking up meat. If there is a special cut that you are wanting, let us know and we will get it turned in. This could take up to 2-3 weeks depending on where we are in our process. We rely on multiple local meat processors.
